Most of our meals arrive frozen to lock in freshness. You can store them in your freezer for up to 3 months. Specific reheating instructions for oven, microwave, or stovetop are printed on every label.

Where do you deliver and what are the costs?

We currently deliver to most metropolitan areas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. Orders over $200 often qualify for discounted or free delivery.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you don't need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated boxes with gel ice packs designed to keep food at a safe temperature for up to 8 hours on your doorstep.

Are there options for specific dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer a variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. You can use the filters on our menu page to find meals that suit your dietary needs.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or a mistake was made, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.

Is this a subscription service?

No, we are not a subscription service. You can order as much or as little as you like, whenever you need it, without being tied into a recurring contract.
