Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Check your order immediately upon arrival to ensure all frozen or chilled items are present and the packaging is intact.

    Document Issues

    If there is a quality concern or damage, please take clear photos of the product and the batch code found on the label.

    Contact Customer Care

    Email our team with your order number and photos; due to the perishable nature of our food, we cannot accept physical returns but will assess for a refund or credit.

    Resolution

    Once reviewed, we will process a replacement or a credit to your account within 3-5 business days to ensure your dinner table is never empty.
